BRACKEN COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL CELEBRATES FBLA WEEK The week of February 5-11, 2012 was FBLA Week for Bracken County High School. Cookies were presented to the officers in appreciation for their hard work throughout the year. Some of the activities that Bracken County FBLA participated in this year include: Regional Conference in Morehead, KY; State Conference in Louisville, KY; National Conference in Orlando, FL; National Fall Leadership Conference in Philadelphia, PA; Leadership Development Camp in Hardinsburg, KY; Fall Officer Workshop in Morehead; “Shoot for a Cure,” and a social trip to the Dent Haunted Schoolhouse. In addition to these activities, Diane Poe served as Region 5 Parliamentarian. Mrs. Tracy Florer and Mrs. Carrie Jefferson were awarded Outstanding Advisers for Region 5 and Mrs. Florer was named the Outstanding Adviser for Kentucky. She was recognized at the National Leadership Conference in Orlando.
